Eligibility

Exchanges & Returns
For local orders in Singapore, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Kindly note that requests or shipments made outside of these timeframes will be declined.
Packaging
All exchanges and returns must be received in their original condition.
Items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged
  • Free from any fragrance or scent
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet our return and exchange policy. If a returned parcel is not accepted, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Shipping
All exchanges and returns must be sent via a tracked postal service using your preferred courier, as we are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Please order carefully, or contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about fit or sizing.

Returns Process

Email us at hello@latebloomerstudio.com to request a return. To help us process your request promptly, please include your:
  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Item(s) to be returned & reason for the return
Once your request is approved, we will send you the return mailing details. You can then ship the item(s) back within the remaining time of the 14-day return window.
Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Processing Refunds
A $10 SGD processing fee applies to each return order (not per item). As a small business, this helps us cover administrative and operational costs.
Once we receive and inspect your parcel, we’ll send you an email and issue your refund to your original payment method, minus the $10 SGD processing fee.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return.

Exchange Process

We offer a one-time exchange for the same product in a different size only, subject to stock availability. The $10 SGD processing fee is waived for exchanges.

Email us at hello@latebloomerstudio.com to request an exchange. To help us process your request promptly, please include your:
  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Item(s) to be exchanged
  • Requested size
Once your request is approved, we will send you the return mailing details and hold your requested item until we receive your package within the remaining 14-day return window. After we receive and inspect your parcel, we will process all exchanges within 5 business days.
Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Additional Notes
  • If your requested size is unavailable, we will be unable to fulfil the exchange
  • Requests to exchange for a different product or colour will be treated as a return
  • To minimise waste, exchange orders may be shipped using the original packaging returned to us

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Backorders
  • Sale items
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers
  • International orders
