The Palmier Blouse is the sweetest little top. It features a gently curved sweetheart neckline, functional loop shell buttons, puff sleeves, and delicate clustered pintucks trailing down the front and back. For an extra summery touch, we added contrast binding along the neckline, bodice and cuffs. Pair it with shorts or the Mariposa skirt, and let the day unfold.
