Currently, we ship only to Singapore and Malaysia.
We're working on expanding our network and hope to offer worldwide shipping soon.

Dispatching Orders

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days of your order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please note that dispatch times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any cancellations.

Singapore Delivery

We offer complimentary doorstep delivery on all orders shipped to addresses within Singapore. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive.
While we offer complimentary shipping, redelivery charges will apply in the event of a failed delivery.

International Delivery (Malaysia)

We offer doorstep delivery for all orders shipped within Malaysia at a flat rate of $15 SGD. Complimentary shipping is available for orders above $250 SGD.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International deliveries that are refused and returned to us will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
